xorg-server-1.9.2 plans

So xorg-server-1.9.1 went out fairly smoothly and will probably be the version tied to the Katamari release.

My current plan is to release rc1 on 11/12, rc2 on 12/3, and rc3 or final on 12/10.

I'd like to continue with the same type and quality of fixes for 1.9.2, so please email me cherry-pick requests or pull requests as appropriate.
