[PATCH mouse 00/23] Mouse cleanup patches

This set of patches is just cleanup with very little functional changes
(none, I think aside from some different log message ordering). They're
available in http://people.freedesktop.org/~whot/xf86-input-mouse.git on the
master branch.

That branch has three more commits for the new input API that I want to test
a bit more before sending them out. Meanwhile, if you care about the mouse
driver, please give this set a test.
