Can we configure Xserver render with the FrameBuffer?

I‘ve already try the fbdev instead of the old one, but it does not work.
what I want  is to get rid of the transition animation,  something like
fade-in/fade-out, transparency
I want to know which component controls this process?
we're supposed to think it's related with fbdev driver,but it's not.

Can you give some hints?
