Rather a large sequence focused around ABI cleanup and reducing memory usage.
The two major functional changes here are moving GC clip management to dix,
and moving the GC funcs vector from per-GC to per-Screen. External GC
wrapping layers will need a modest amount of churn to cope with that, but
it should be straightforward. In particular GC layers now no longer need to
wrap GC funcs they don't care about.
