[PATCH] xfixes: Remove the invisible cursor sprite, using NullCursor instead.

Hi Keith,
Jamey finished up the xfixes cursor improvements I was working on. I've
tested this patch and it works correctly. I've added my S-o-b and
Tested-by tags below, so please go ahead and merge this.
