Yeah, I kept it separate because I didn't know if either of the
MatchPnPID or MatchUSBID patches (which both use it) would be nacked.
I'll squash it if there are no complaints on the next patch.

I forgot that I actually didn't test the PnP matching since I don't
have any serial input devices. Oops. :)
