Sorry - I know lots of people had talked about doing it, but didn't
realize anyone else was close.   DESIGN was certainly the bulk of the
work - the dmx ones went much faster.

Hopefully some of your cleanups can still be applied later - in many
cases I left the files looking a bit awkward so that the text more
closely matched the old version to make it easier to diff, and figured
cleanup could always come later.
