RFC: getting rid of Xalloc/Xfree/... in server

There is one additional question that came into my mind: is there
modular (in a sense that it uses loadable modules which in turn use
Xfree/Xalloc) server under Windows?

If yes, then these functions shouldn't be marked deprecate under
Windowoze.
