[PATCHv2] dix: add 3x3 transformation matrix xinput property for multi-head handling

I like it a lot more now. A prevoius version included clipping, is that
dropped intentionally?

A possible addition would be an own GPE flag just like
POINTER_ACCELERATE, but that's just for completeness.
