The X configuration lives in /etc/X11/xorg.conf historically, can we
keep this directory under /etc/X11?  Or install the default input
classes somewhere under $(datadir)/xorg or $(libdir)/xorg, since they
shouldn't need to be modified and the user can still add stuff to
override them in xorg.conf anyway?
