[PATCH video-geode] make: use AM_CPPFLAGS rather than DEFAULT_INCLUDES

DEFAULT_INCLUDES is computed by Automake and should not be
overwritten.
-I. is the same as -I$(srcdir)
The generated DEFAULT_INCLUDES = -I. -I$(top_builddir)
