Yup, both of these drivers built successfully in the just-completed
tinderbox run. Yay! The xgi driver looks to be a mess, but that's not
due to any xserver changes more recent than 2008.

It runs 'make check' in the earlier libxcb phase too though, and XCB's
test suite (such as it is) doesn't depend on any other X.org modules,
so it shouldn't need an extra pass.

Also, nothing is actually checked either time, because 'check' is not
available on the machine named "live". Could you fix that?

It came up recently that `make distcheck` was broken for
pthread-stubs. Would you consider adding distcheck to the tinderbox?
