[PATCH RESEND 2/2] xkb: use GetMaster instead of dev->u.master.

Yeah, this seems obvious enough to me. I did not audit this to ensure
that all cases were covered; it seems like the Xkb code could be
refactored (someday) so that this duplication of code might be
eliminated though...
