[PATCH] Remove xcalibrate and tslib support

Wonderful. How would non linear translation fit into the evdev
framework? And can we get edge scrolling and other features of
synaptics used with a wider range of (non trackpad) input devices?  On
the calibration front, newer HTC/MSM devices allow for a more advanced
kernel driver which will need calibration data pushed into the kernel
so that the TSSC block can be used fully. How would that fit into X?

KDrive is essentially unmaintained these days, and the focus is on
pushing Xorg towards the same memory footprint as KDrive has (or had
before XKB, which blows everything else out of the water really).  If
you must continue using KDrive, I'd recommend trying to work on a raw
evdev driver, akin to xf86-input-evdev.
