[PATCH libSM] doc: clean-up generated html images

[Gaetan Nadon]

Generate images in /images as is the convention
Provide a base file name for images rather than process ID
Remove images directory when running make clean

This is much better:

The reason why those images are generated is another story. Comparing the html doc with
the ps doc, a table is missing and a ref to an image takes in place.
This is in section 7 of libSM following the paragraph "A type of SmCARD8 indicates that there is a single 1-byte value."
