Status of the siliconmotion fd.o driver

Alex (CC'ed) is the "official" maintainer, but neither of us has been
doing anything siliconmotion-related for a while, I just have look at

Strange, that card used to work not so long ago, also on some MIPS.

No-one else I know of is working on it right now, and, yes, they would
be welcome for sure.
