[git pull] Support for new DRI2 protocol requests and INTEL_swap_event

The tree at git://people.freedesktop.org/~jbarnes/xserver contains
support for the new DRI2 2.2 protocol requests, and adds support for
various extensions listed in the changelog.

The bits should be ready for master now, please check them out and
merge them to master.  Of course I'm happy to fix up any issues you
discover as well, but the changes have seen review from Adam and
Kristian, so they should be in pretty good shape.
