How to set Xfbdev background to transparent?

Hello All,
I have also tried enabling ROOTLESS macro in Xfbdev code. Still I do not get
transparent background.
I need to see the background video (running on a different plane), while
Xserver is running X-apps, hence I need to have the transparent bacground
such that Xapps will be seen and in remaining area background video will be
seen.
Can anyone suggest me how to set transparent background for Xfbdev server
asap?
