[PATCH 0/6] resource cleanups and bug-fixes

I was in the middle of a giant refactoring of Xinerama (net reduction of
1000 lines so far). Then I decided I couldn't push further without
coaxing dixLookupResourceByType into knowing which error status to use
instead of the generic BadValue. Then I found more things to clean up.

These patches shouldn't change the behavior of the server in any way
(except for "Return BadPicture, not BadPixmap", naturally). The Xinerama
refactoring isn't done yet and isn't included here.

I believe there are no ABI breaks here, although there are several
FooErrorBase globals that shouldn't need to be exported any more.
