xserver devel process

I had a read through the X server development process wiki page again
(http://www.x.org/wiki/XServer) and rewrote bits and pieces a bit. I
couldn't find much to add though. There's still some uncertainty about the
process though - or at least we get questions on the list from time to time.

So here's the question - what parts are still unclear and missing from the
wiki page above?
