[PATCH] Prefer libsha1 over libgcrypt

Twas brillig at 13:37:18 13.04.2010 UTC-05 when yselkowitz at users.sourceforge.net did gyre and gimble:
Y> When no SHA1 implementation is specified, we should first prefer
Y> system-builtin solutions (libc/libmd/CommonCrypto), then smaller
Y> implementations over the larger ones. libsha1 is much smaller than
Y> libgcrypt, so it should be first.
