Yeah, there's not enough files yet that there's actually policy, but
in my mind the files should center around 50 unless there's a good
reason to put it early or late. For the evdev catchall, we want it to
be basically the first rule applied. For this particular rule, there
aren't clear reasons to force one way or another, so 50-vmmouse.conf
would seem appropriate.
Really what Simon said, though. We just want to make sure it's clearly
after 10-evdev.conf.
