Not all modules marked as Obsolete are in fact obsolete, that was an
automatic commit message. They just won't be part of the katamari (many of
them are unmaintained). Note also that xrefresh has seen one code change in
three years and that was part of a cleanup affecting all modules. The need
for a new release is thus relatively low.
Modules don't get removed completely the worst that currently happens to
them is that they break if unmaintained.
