[PATCH:libXfont] Add -lbz2 to Libs.private if bzip2 is enabled

Yaakov (Cygwin/X) yselkowitz at users.sourceforge.net
Wed Oct 14 09:31:59 PDT 2009

From: Yaakov Selkowitz <yselkowitz at users.sourceforge.net>

This is required on Cygwin, which must link the xservers with a static
libXfont due to poor weak-symbol support. Z_LIBS includes -lz and, if
bzip2 support is enabled, -lbz2.
