This provides a README to the X Server module. It is my understanding
that all modules should have a README. I am using the current template
for providing missing module's README. This is the default minimum
content. I have provided a title and copied a description I found on a
Linux distro which seemed appropriate to me. This is all subject to
improvement.

X Server
The X server accepts requests from client applications to create
windows, which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the
client program can draw into. Windows are then composed on the actual
screen by the X server (or by a separate composite manager) as directed
by the window manager, which usually communicates with the user via
graphical controls such as buttons and draggable titlebars and borders.
