'`' key broken by xkeyboard-config change

Hi David

In keycodes/evdev, there is a couple of lines:

        //<HZTG> =  93; // Hankaku/Zenkakau toggle - not actually used
        alias <HZTG> = <TLDE>;

Could you please uncomment the first one - and comment the second one?

If it works, please let me know.
