twm bug after maximise window (zoom)

Hi, is anyone experiencing the bug in twm whereby after you have
maximised a window, the next click you do on the title bar or title bar
button doesn't work. I appreciate that virtually no one uses twm, and of
those virtually no one maximises windows, so it's a long shot...

If anyone knows c and could perhaps devise a patch that would be great.  :)
