Hunting odd problems in exa takes quite a bit time (which i don't have
during the week), I've done it more than once, and i agree that are
still a few loopholes somewhere. At least one in classic, one in mixed
and maybe also in driver. In the meantime there are separate issues to
be fixed.

It can't be a private tree obviously, since there are at least two
people who would commit to it and there are few people who would test.
