xmodmap -e 'clear lock' does weird things

Yes, it was an evdev driver.

Maybe, it is slightly offtopic, but still:
Do you happen to know how to load this .xmodmaprc at keyboard plug-in time?
Initialization is passed from HAL daemon to xorg.
I attach/detach this USB keyboard every day and xmodmap config restores to default.
