commit dc2d8ad851dfc98ea1bba88732165f5986e94484
Author: Alan Coopersmith <alan.coopersmith at oracle.com>
Date: Thu Jun 26 12:25:26 2025 -0700

    Improve man page formatting

More closely follow common style as described on
    https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man7/man-pages.7.html
    and fix warnings raised by `mandoc -T lint` and `groff -rCHECKSTYLE=10`

Also hardcode man page section numbers now that all supported OS'es
use the same set of numbers.

-Use async flips for secondary video outputs on multi-display setups. If a screen
