    pkgconfig: Remove unneeded Requires.private
    
    Fixes "pkg-config --exists xkbcomp" without installed pkg-config files
    for x11, xkbfile, and xproto >= 7.0.17.
    
    xkbcomp works fine without those pkg-config files.
