    sna: Implement i830 3DSTATE_BUFFER_INFO w/a
    
    i830 can hang if 3DSTATE_BUFFER_INFO straddles two cachelines.
    To prevent that emit MI_NOOPs to align 3DSTATE_BUFFER_INFO to
    a cacheline boundary.
