    Make sure LONG64 is defined in Xtrans.h
    
    Xtrans.h defines BytesReadable_t as int or long depending on whether
    LONG64 is defined.  We need to make sure Xmd.h is included so our idea
    of BytesReadable_t is consistent across compilation units.
