    Document QueryFilters
    
    QueryFilters had no documentation. Document it, in particular how to interpret
    the 'aliases' field.

    Correct QueryPictFormats reply fields.
    
    The QueryPictFormats reply referred to a fallback which does not exist and didn't document the ndepths and nvisuals fields.
