    Provide the automake INSTALL file at level 1.11
    
    Now that the minimum level for automake is 1.11, replace the current
    INSTALL with the one from automake 1.11.
    
    Recall that the file in this package is installed in $pkgdatadir
    and is copied by each xorg module through the make 'dist' target.
