libXi: Changes to 'libXi-1.4-branch'

    Don't use the protocol defines for 2.0 versioning.
    
    Otherwise we run into the old problem again: recompiling libXi against
    newer inputproto headers will appear to change the version support,
    potentially causing errors or other misbehaviours.
