    Allocate video memory with exaOffscreenAlloc
    
    *Del for deduct the probable size of a video overlay.
    *Use exaOffscreenAlloc allocate the video overlay.
    *Use exaOffscreenAlloc allocate the offscreen surface.
    *XV-video data has to be allocate in offscreen memory range.
