    config: remove redundant compiler flags
    
    These are available using --enable-strict-compilation
    Use same configure option as all x.org modules
    Only GCC was covered, not SUNCC or INTELCC
    Introduced in commit 85397a4ef7a3a13f7e2940cb0e5c2fdbfea4c695
