    Improve Solaris compatibility of hal-probe-vmmouse generation rule
    
    Use $(SED) from AC_PROG_SED to ensure a good version of sed is found
    Use explicit input file name instead of $< to workaround Solaris make
    issue with $< in explicit rules.
