    Raise xorg-macros requirement to 1.4
    
    Needed since the changes in a4a8f7b83afc9a46bc989c0eeb528a46b3a1db5d

    Remove workaround for X11R3 server bug
    
    The comment promised 'compatibility until at least R4', so we're 20 years
    past due for removing this.
