    Add script used to generate Consolidated Changelogs for katamaris
    
    I've used this for 7.5 & 7.6 - it's not the cleanest or most general,
    but works for that specific purpose.   You can see where special cases
    were applied when making the 7.6 changelogs for the non-linear history
    of xserver 1.7, which branched at a commit other than the one tagged 1.7.
