    fix distcheck target
    
    Arrange that distcleancheck ignores ChangeLog left over by distclean.
    
    Don't mention ChangeLog under *CLEANFILES, can't be rebuilt from release
    tarball; ChangeLog is automatically distributed, no need to mention it.
