    build.sh: Enable building from tarballs or git
    
    If build.sh does not find a source directory with an autogen.sh script
    for the specified module, it will search for a tarball to use. This
    allows mixing tarballs and git checkouts and essentially deprecates
    build-from-tarballs.sh.

    Since libpixman is also used on the client side by cairo, it makes sense
    to have it built with the rest of the libraries.
