G80 support, bug fixes

Changes since nv-1.99.1:
Aaron Plattner:
      Use DAC load detection to decide which OR to use instead of trusting the EDID.
      Get rid of non-portable := assignments.
      Fix VGA output with vesafb on nv4x and G7x GPUs.
      Hide the cursor in CloseScreen.
      Fix GXxor corruption on nv4x.
      Avoid hanging when switching modes on some nv4x cards.
      Bump to 2.0.0.
