10.15.0: Truely usable resizing.

Eamon Walsh:
      Convert callers of LookupWindow() to dixLookupWindow().
      Revert "Convert callers of LookupWindow() to dixLookupWindow()."

Philip Langdale:
      Make resizing work once and for all.
      Remove XAA 'acceleration'.
      Update man page to remove mention of the NoAccel option which
          Add a bunch of useful modes to the mode list.
      Fix a race condition when switching to a multihead fullscreen mode.
      Bump version to 10.15.0
