  Symlink more sgml source documents.
  Add some cfb assembly source, exclude the rest.
  Add readme-ish doc for ramdac.
  Add utility scripts for xf1bpp (hopefully we'll never need them).
  Exclude Speedo font library support.
  Exclude generated html from xprint support utilities.
