Log message:
  Fix problems with cross-compiles.  If building for PowerPC on x86,
  archictecture-specific flags, such as -mcpu=power5, set in DefaultGcc2PpcOpt
  will mistakenly be used in certain circumstances to build programs to be run
  on the host.
