  	* Makefile.am:
  	* configure.ac:
  	Autodetect extension support. Install manual as xdpyinfo.1
  	Note that autodetection requires changes to xdpyinfo.c as well,
  	which currently lives in the monolithic tree. These changes
  	don't have any effect on monolithic builds.
