It looks like commits from people who are identified as members are
held for moderation while others are allowed because the general 
non-member submission whitelist is not used in this case.
If this is also true for you let me know I can unset the moderation bit
for your subscription - which I did for my account and which seems to be
working should you see this message ;-)
