          * extras/Xpm/lib/RdFToI.c:
          * extras/Xpm/lib/WrFFrI.c:
          * lib/Xpm/Imakefile:
          Replace s_popen() by a more specific function that allows only
          one command in the pipe. Remove extraneous tests on file names
          that broke some applications. From Alex Reisen in Bugzilla #1920.
